( changed from “Halavili Holding Limited”，hereinafter referred to as“we”,“our”, or“us”) needs to collect some privacy information about you. We understand the importance of protecting your privacy. Therefore, we have established this Privacy Policy to explain how we treat your information and protect your privacy when you use the Software and the rights and options available to you regarding your information. We will collect information provided by you during the use of the Software or information generated by the use of the Software in accordance with the following ways.

1.1 Information you provided or permission you granted to us

• Information ofthe third-party account.

You may log in the App through the third-party account, such as Facebook,and when you do, we will collect your User ID and display name of your third-party account by the SDK of the third-party.

 

• Your physiological information.

In order to record and predict your physiological cycle situation, so that we can help you manage your health better,you may voluntarily providemenstrual period, body temperature, weight, height and other physiological information to us by filling such information in the Software.

 

You also may give us the ability to import into the App Personal Data about your health and activities from third-party services such as Apple HealthKit.Such imported Personal Data may include sports activities, weight,calories burnt,heartbeat rate,number of steps/distance traveled,and other data about your health. In order for us to process any Personal Data under this category we will explicitly ask your consent on the registration screen.You can turn off HealthKit's authorization in Settings at any time, and this action will not affect your use of other features of the Software.

 

• User ID.

If you communicate with us via our support section, we may collect your user ID automatically displayed.

 

• Permission to Access to the Camera and Photo Album.

In order to upload photos and set profile pictures, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photos in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and photo album.

 

1.2 Information may be automatically collected

• Technical Information.

We may use the API provided by IOS to collect certain technical information, which is regarding your device configuration and identifiers, and your use of the Software and Services, including the type, name and version of operating system; media access control (MAC) address; anonymous user identifiers; device configuration and identifiers; android ID; status of the WLAN.

 

• Usage Information.

We may collect certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, how frequently you use them.

 

• Social Networks.

If you choose to share some photos or other materials of the Software to a app provided by the third party, we will access your application list to verify whether such app exists.

4.1 We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world.
